The resurgence of intermicronational socialism.

The Long Island sector has long since been known as a hotbed for radical ideologies. As the ripples of its conflicts expanded isotropically throughout the micronational world, it espoused fascists, communists and satanists.

On July 29th, 2023, many government officials from the then-inactive State of Faltree converged to form the Commonwealth of Faltree. This new incarnation of Faltree would function as a democratic state, with a government akin to socialism. Its prime legislature would be the Faltrian Soviet, composed now of the Radical Socialist Distribution Party, the Constitutional Democratic Party and the Faltrian Raiload Association, the major parties. It is headed by a Lord-Secretary, who is advised and supplemented by a plenary of State-Ministers. It is organized into provinces and territories. On August 9th, 2023, the International Worker’s Congress (IWC) was formed. It was the result of a joint-venture by the Commonwealth of Faltree and the Aleunnic People’s Republic. The IWC’s primary purpose was to advance the global cause of socialism micronationally. The IWC attracted many parties and nations from the micronational world, although, most of these nations and parties were not popular or well-known.

Another entity comes to play here, Malus. Malus has long been criticized for its formerly Satanist government, radical communist government, and eccentric political ideologies. Its leader, Luci, has also been subject to criticism frequently. Malus has had rocky relations with Faltree, but the two nations (despite growing anti Faltrian sentiment in Malus) have become amicable, given their joint collaboration against the Malusian Nationalist Party. This marks a powerful alliance between two rising socialist powers. The micronational community is slowly becoming aware of the threat posed by global socialism, and has begun steps to counter its influence. Various Laskaridian politicians, including Chancellorial hopefuls Christoph Billung, Dzozyp Trick, and candidates George Celenic and the Lord Leopold-Almeida have expressed concern over the growing threat. They have pledged to form a united government that will oppose their influence, beginning with intermicronational alliances and coalitions.

The IWC threat has proven itself to be potent, even staunchly right wing parties and nations, such as Georgienstine, have been forced to concede power to their members. A common tactic used by the IWC is called “flooding” it occurs when multiple IWC citizens join a server, and concentrate themselves into one left-wing party and one province. This is a tried and true trick to gain power. History seems to be repeating itself, and the current road will lead to conflict just as it did with Zeprana, Almendria and the Tungsten-MACP war.
